We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. You must ensure that all details given for payment are correct including the full Card Statement Address. Your card will show a payment to 1st Portal Network Limited via Secpay or Worldpay Secure Card Services or by PAYPAL.

Payment must be made BEFORE dispatch or in the case of made to order goods BEFORE production begins. Funds must have cleared if paying via PAYPAL e-cheque or cheque.

The normal delivery time is within 5 - 7 working days within the UK and 10-14 days rest of the world on stock items. Delivery on made to order goods is 2 to 4 weeks from time of ordering. (This production time can extend during busy periods). If no one is at the delivery address then a card will be left by the courier. Please make every effort to contact either the courier or us if you are unable to accept the goods. Re delivery will be attempted but should the cover come back to us because of failure to collect or accept then customers are liable for a £10 re-delivery fee in all cases.

Shortages & Errors
It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt. Covers are fitted at owners risk. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect fitting of goods. If the goods are used for any period of time then they are deemed fit for purpose and accepted and are therefore non returnable or refundable. This is known as affirmation under the Sale of Goods Act.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet estimated delivery date.

In the event of an item being unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options. If you do not wish to proceed with the offered alternatives then your order can be cancelled.

Our products are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. All products have a 1-year warranty. Warranties are covered by the Original Manufacturers Guarantee. This is in addition to the consumerís statutory rights.

Faulty Goods
In the event of a fault being suspected please contact us within 24hrs of receipt to determine a solution. Some items may need to be submitted for factory inspection for fault analysis before replacement or refund can take place. Whilst we endeavor to keep this process to as short a time scale as possible we cannot guarantee any time period for factory inspections.

Incorrect Goods
It is the Consumers responsibility to inform us of incorrect supply within 48 hours. The goods must not be used or damaged. We will need information (part numbers, etc) regarding the incorrect items. Should there be extenuating circumstances that prevent informing us within the stated time frame, resolution shall be by mutual decision.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and have a refund for any cancelled items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition. This excludes made to order goods which can not be cancelled once production has commenced. Any goods to be returned must be unused, and received back in the condition sent originally to you.g. Post & Packing costs of return is payable by you and non refundable. We suggest strongly that you return the goods via a traceable method. We will not be held liable for any mistakes made by you, the customer when ordering online.

The effective date of cancellation for the purposes of the Distance Selling Regulations is the date on which the notice is sent or good received, which ever is the later. The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or email. A telephone call is not enough.

Exceptions to the right to cancel
Made to order goods are non refundable once production has commenced and can not be returned for refund unless faulty as they are excluded from the right to cancel under the Sale Of Goods Act. Please note that colour shades of goods may vary from those shown via different computer monitors. If exact shade of colour or quality of material is important then please ensure you request samples before ordering as we will not be held responsible after purchase should the shade not meet your requirements.

As a responsible seller, if we believe that a transaction is fraudulent, we reserve the right to delay or cancel any shipment at any point to protect the cardholder.

Refunds will be processed back in the same payment format as the original purchase payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Items delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes levied on entry to the Country requested. We have no knowledge or control over these charges. It is your responsibility to establish the charges applicable with the Customs Authorities concerned and any charges must be borne by you.
